As a Shuffl Admin, if you would like to pause the shuffl for everyone in the channel, please find the Pause button in the Schedule Tab in the Program Portal.
First, select the channel you would like to manage in the Channels section in the Shuffl Program Portal.
Select the "Schedule" tab on the left, and find the red Pause button on the bottom of the page! Simple.
To re-enable and resume your shuffl, you can click the button again.
